By accessing or using ReadySetTok.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ReadySetTok.com provides a TikTok account warmup protocol, a daily activity tracker, and digital guides designed to help users grow their TikTok presence and reach US audiences. The Service is offered as digital access — no physical goods are shipped.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. Results depend on your consistent use of the protocol and are subject to TikTok platform changes outside our control.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others — each subscription is for a single user. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, abused, or used in violation of these terms.

Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date by contacting legal@readysettok.com. Refunds are issued for the net amount received after Stripe's payment processing fee is deducted. Because Stripe does not return processing fees on refunded transactions, the original payment processing fee (typically 2.9% + $0.30) will not be included in your refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or any of its content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying data, guides, or protocols for commercial use.
• Circumvent any access controls, authentication, or subscription restrictions.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results. TikTok's algorithm, policies, and platform behavior change frequently and are entirely outside our control. Your results will depend on your consistency, account history, and factors beyond our influence.

We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadySetTok.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
